On the morning of February 25th, Ms. Suraya Binti Ahmad Pauzi, Consul General of the Malaysian Consulate General in Guangzhou, together with her husband Mr. Mustaffakamal Sellehuddin, set out on an extraordinary exploration of the vibrant Toy Industry in China within our district.

Accompanied by Director Li Hongzhao of the Foreign Affairs Bureau and Deputy District Chief Chen Xueqin of Chenghai District, Shantou City, Suraya and her delegation visited Guangdong Hongteng Business Exhibition Co., Ltd. Here, they immersed themselves in promotional videos showcasing Hongteng’s contributions to the vibrant toy industry in China. They gained profound insights into the development process of Chenghai toys while exploring the intricacies of the toy exhibition hall.

The pivotal role of Chenghai’s toy industry was spotlighted at the Chenghai Toy Industry Promotion Conference hosted by Hongteng. Vice President Qiu Zhihong of our association provided Consul General Suraya with a comprehensive overview of Chenghai’s toy industry, emphasizing its stature and influence in both domestic and international arenas. Director Li Hongzhao and Deputy District Chief Chen Xueqin extended warm invitations to Consul General Suraya, urging her and her Malaysian counterparts in the toy industry in China to partake in the esteemed 23rd China Chenghai International Toy and Gift Fair.
